JE Graphic Design Agreement

In order to complete your order you will need to print and sign your name on a copy of this form. Please DO NOT fill out this form before receiving a price quote. Please read the full form, print and mail to JE Records. Address will be provided upon request. You may also choose to send an email with subject "Design Agreement" and body "I have read and understand the full user agreement as posted on you website."
I, the undersigned understand that I am entering into a binding legal agreement between myself and JE Records Graphic Design. I have been been sent a price quote and agree to that quote. I understand that payment for labor and a copy of this form is required up front of the design process. The cost of the final project and shipping is due upon completion of the design process.

In the event the final product does not meet the standards hoped for by the client:
(A) The price will be reduced to the cost of labor only (OR)
(B) A Second design or edited version of the first design will be created at no additional cost up to three design changes. Any more than three will increase the cost for labor.

Any and all designs may and/or will be used by JE Records to promote the design business as examples to be added to the business portfolio. If in the event JE records no longer exists those rights will continue with the designing artist for portfolio purposes. JE Records understands that what you want is important for the success of your business and will do the best job within as little time as possible. Please ask any questions before signing this agreement.
